Special Coordinator for Lebanon meets Lebanese army commander

This week, the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, was received by the Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces, General Rodolph Haykal, in a discussion which focused on recent developments and ongoing efforts to extend State authority, in alignment with United Nations Security Council resolution 1701 (2006).
