3 March 2014 - The Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary General a.i. of the United Nations, Georg Charpentier, arrived in the CAR on March 1, and has immediately assumed duty. Mr. Charpentier will also serve as the Resident Coordinator and Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Central African Republic at the level of Assistant Secretary General (ASG).
