  • 27 Oct 2015 - The Special Representative of the Secretary General for the Central African Republic, Parfait Onanga-Anyanga, called on all Central Africans to exercise restraint to avoid an increase of violence with serious consequences and reassured the population about the presence in the field of the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) and its partners to avoid an escalation of violence.
  • 26 Oct 2015 - MINUSCA strongly condemns the attack on Monday in Bangui against a UPC delegation (Union pour la paix en Centrafrique, ex-Seleka) who reportedly traveled from Bambari (center) to participate in the consultations with the Forces Vives in the Central Africa's capital. 
  • 17 Oct 2015 - The United Nations Multidimensional integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) calls on all armed groups to abide by the commitments they made under the July 2014 Brazzaville Cessation of Hostilities agreement and the May 2015 Bangui Forum DDRR agreement.
  • 12 Oct 2015 - The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) expresses strong concerns at the organized infiltration of elements from several armed groups in Bangui, including FPRC and anti-Balaka, and condemns in the strongest terms all attempts to destabilize Bangui. 
  • 07 Oct 2015 - A Burundian peacekeeper working for the United Nations Multidimensional Stabilization Mission in Central African Republic (MINUSCA) was killed on Tuesday 6 October 20l5, during an attack on a MINUSCA convoy between Damara and Ngerengou, in the Ombella M'Poko Prefecture. One other Burundian soldier was injured when unidentified armed individuals opened fire on UN troops, 55 km, north of Bangui.
  • 03 Oct 2015 - Unidentified armed individuals opened fire in the night of Friday 2 October 2015 on blue helmets guarding the Headquarters of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA). United Nations soldiers vigorously fired back in response to this coward act, forcing the assailants to flee riding a motorbike.
  • 26 Sep 2015 - The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilisation Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) deplores the sudden rise in tensions  on Saturday morning in Bangui, following the killing of a young Muslim man. This outrageous act led to unacceptable retaliatory actions which threatened to put Bangui in an unjustified spiral of violence.

  • 09 Sep 2015 - The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) learned with dismay the grenade attacks perpetrated by unidentified armed individuals late on Wednesday 9 September 2015 in Petevo and Fatima neighborhoods, in the 6th district of Bangui. MINUSCA strongly condemns these heinous and coward acts that caused the death of two people and injured many others.
  • 08 Sep 2015 - The Under Secretary General of the United Nations in charge of Peacekeeping Operations, Herve Ladsous, has announced the establishment of a “weapons-free zone” in Bambari effective today, September 8, 2015, from 17:00 local time.
